Custom digital lock installation on a hand-carved teak door.
We supplied and installed the digital lock together with the lower round door knob. As the imported teak door had no existing lock holes, we carefully measured and bored each opening to achieve a secure, clean fit while protecting the intricate hand-carved finish.

What must I send for a quotation?
Your location, clear photos of the lock and door or gate, a description of the problem and your preferred timing.
Can you open a door without proof of ownership?
No. Main-door and gate unlocking requires proof of ownership, a valid tenancy document or written authorisation. Disputed access requires police presence or other lawful authorisation.
Do you install customer-supplied digital locks?
Yes. This is an installation-only service. Product faults, compatibility and warranty remain the responsibility of the seller or manufacturer, and the installation fee remains payable if the supplied product is defective or incompatible.
Do you operate from a shop?
We are a mobile locksmith service. Cash-and-carry collection may be arranged by appointment at Choa Chu Kang.
Will opening damage my lock?
We use an appropriate method based on the lock and situation. Some faulty or high-security locks may require drilling or replacement, which will be discussed before proceeding.
